The JK1219 seals, tightens and cuts steel strapping quickly & easily. This completely manual strapping tool needs no external connections.
The JK1219 handles 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" strapping.
The JK1219 and JK1219HT are suited to either horizontal or vertical strapping of cartons, pallets, boxes or other shipping containers.
The Josef Kihlberg strapping tool is very easy to use and has been designed for minimal movements to seal steel strapping in just seconds:

The JK1219 and JK1219HT strapping tools is opened with one hand and positioned over the strap, that is held in place by the other hand.
The steel strap is pulled through the tool, and the initial tension held by a ratcheting freewheel.
The strap is tightened by pulling the tensioning handle.
The strap is punched and cut in one single movement.

The punched steel strap edges are automatically curved inwards by the JK Sealless Strapping Tool to prevent injury and to take up any slack as necessary.
Extra strap guides are supplied with the JK strapping tools to allow quick and easy change to different strap widths.
The punch and cut depths can be adjusted for different steel strap thicknesses range fromn .40 to .64mm.
